The Wine Doctor is In!

First of all, thanks!  You have shown your support of Umpqua Valley wine by lifting this blog into 170th place out of 724 wine blogs!  Keep spreading the word.

It occurs to me that I’ve just been talking to you and not so much with you.  I’d like to throw the blog open to your questions on our local wines.  Diane and I have the unique opportunity of visiting many of the wineries on a regular basis and enjoying their wines, as well as, getting the latest scoop on what’s to come. 

For instance, did you know that Dyson DeMara of HillCrest will be creating some, I’m sure, yummy eau de vie (Water of Life)?  That is distilled fruit brandies.  Or that Steven Reustle is out with a rosé?
